The John A. & Marlene L. Boll Foundation was established to provide charitable assistance to deserving organizations that share their values and are seeking to make a difference in their community by supporting education, the arts, and health services.

Eligible applicants are non-profits in the U.S., with an emphasis of giving in Michigan.
The John and Marlene Boll Foundation Board meets quarterly to review grant proposals. Grant proposals may be made at any time from qualified tax exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
