  • Eligibility Details

    Eligible applicants are non-profits in the U.S., with an emphasis of giving in Michigan.

    Deadline Details

    The John and Marlene Boll Foundation Board meets quarterly to review grant proposals. Grant proposals may be made at any time from qualified tax exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.


    Proposals for grant consideration should adhere to the following format:

    • Cover letter to include:
      • A statement of purpose for your organization.
      • A brief summary of the project/program for which you are requesting funds.
    • Tax-exempt letter from the Internal Revenue Service.
    • Your organization's current financial statements, including annual operating budget.
