No support for private foundations or for politically partisan purposes. No grants to individuals, or for tickets for dinners, benefits, exhibits, sports and other event activities, advertisements, endowment funds, or fundraising activities.
Eligible applicants are non profit organizations that serve subjects and populations in the Midwest, with emphasis on Missouri and surrounding areas.
Applications may be submitted at any time. Board meetings occur quarterly, proposals should be submitted 3 weeks before board meetings.
Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Most awards range from $10,000 to $25,000. Project period is typically one year.
