  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in California with emphasis on Los Angeles county. No grants to individuals. Applicants must demonstrate a 3-to-5-year record of successful operation.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Board meetings occur twice per year. Initial approach should be with a Letter of Intent. An application form is not required. Applicants should submit the following:

    • Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    • Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $1,000,000.
