Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations and public agencies. For-profit organizations may be funded under rare circumstances.
RWJF awards most grants through calls or requests for proposals. They do, however, award a limited number of grants for projects that: 1) suggest new and creative approaches to solving health and health care problems; and 2) that fit squarely within our areas of focus and support our strategic objectives.
