    Deadline Details

    Community Health Grants are reviewed every other month. Submit your proposal as early as possible. Deadlines are as follows: February 1, April 1, June 1, August 1, October 1, and December 1, annually.

    Award Details

    Award amounts vary. Minimum award is $5,000.
