    Summary

    The Bothin Foundation proves grants for capital, building, and equipment needs to organizations providing direct services to low-income, at-risk children, youth and families, the elderly, and the disabled. Requests for vehicles must be accompanied by a Vehicle Questionnaire in which the applicant will describe the anticipated use of the proposed new vehicle and other detailed information. Requests for information technology must be accompanied by an Information Technology Questionnaire in which the applicant will describe the request and its use and provide other detailed information. .

    All nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations may apply. After an initial grant has been awarded to an organization, the Foundation will not consider additional grants for three years.

    Deadline Details

    The Foundation Board meets three times each year (winter, summer, fall) to make grants. Applications must be received in the foundation’s office by 5:00 pm on the last date of the submission period. Proposals must be emailed in PDF Format.  The deadline for proposals to be considered at Winter meeting in January 2013 is September 28, 2012.  Details on submission requirements and future deadlines will be available at http://www.pfs-llc.net/bothin/index.html
